Brief Description of Package: For this Above works Civil Construction Division -2 is pursuing cleaning services from reputed well experienced cleaning services providers.This cleaning service includes
i) Daily cleaning of Drop off zone ,Drive way,Main entrance,reception common area,corridor,lift lobby,stair & emargency stair of all floors,full area of 5th floor south block Mosque,10th floor,13th floor,14th floor &15th floor(Chaiman office and roof Top Garden of both block)with all toilets,Basement & 1st floor car parking area and out side area surrounding open space of compunds of the building(including required Material, Chemicals & Equipments)
ii) Surronding area(all sides) of the Bidyut Bhaban including all of inspection pit of Bidyut Bhaban.
iii) Weekly cleaning of ceiling,walls,internal glasses and frames etc and scrapping( Deep Clean) of corridor of every floor both block.
iv) All Toilet and its area should be clean as well it is ready for the next user.
v) To be supplied small soap( for Hand wash),Liquid soap(Hand wash)Toilet Tissue for all Toilets of Bijoy Hall ,Mukthihall(14th floor) & 15th floor's Chairman Office.
Vi) Liquid Soap for all Dispensers of all Toilets (Gr.Floor to 13th floor Common toilets Block )
Vii) Toilet Tissue for all Toilets (Gr.Floor to 13th floor Common toilets Block ), VIP Bathrooms of Bijoy hall, Mukti hall (14th floor) & Chairman's office (15th floor) etc.
Viii) For successfully complete all the above jobs(works) it seems to be provide at least Male-26[Tweenty Six] Nos,Female16[Sixteen] Nos Total:42[Forty Two] Nos House keeper(cleaner) 02(Two)Nos House keeper cum plumber, 01 nos[one] sweeper, 04(Four)Nos site supervisor and 01(one) Nos site Co-ordinator.
ix) All Chairs,Table including dining Table and all other accessories of Bijoy Hall and Mukthi Hall to be clean by the cleaning service provider.

* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
