d) Nationality certificate.

2. A satisfactory completion of similar type of work experience at least TK. 18 Lac only (Eighteen Lac Taka) under single contract over a period of last 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 18.0 Lac only (Eighteen Lac Taka).
4. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than or equal to TK. 18.0 Lac only (Eighteen Lac Taka) over the last 5(Five) years and in its support necessary payment certificate must be submitted with the tender.
5. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the recommendation of TEC.
6.Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7.The tender ID and the name of work must be mentioned in Authorized letter.
