Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 14666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 44000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 14666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 contract of Similar nature construction work successfully Completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk.100.00 Lakh counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 173.00 Lakh over the last 5 (five) years. Payment/works completion certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 80.00 lakh (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form).
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 130.00 Lakh
6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, TIN certificate, VAT certificate, ABC and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
7. Duplication of documents regarding payment/works completion certificate will be counted as the reason of Tenderer’s Disqualification.
8. False information or intention of hiding any information will be consider as the reason of Tenderer’s Disqualification.
9. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
