Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor shall be 5 years.
b) Minimum specific experience as prime contractor in at least single contract of similar nature of works under Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous organisations amounting Tk 4.30 Lakh within last 5 years.
c) Tenderer must submit up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, up to date Trade License.
d) Required Annual Average Construction turnover shall be Tk 22 Lakh over the last 5 years.
e) Minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 5.00 Lakh as prescribed in form PW3-7. The credit comitment certificate must be within 28 days from the submission of tender.
f) Minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 4.50 Lakh. Tenderer must submit a calculation sheet in this regard. Tenderer must submit list of contract aggreements, up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under public sector. In case of JV, copy of agreement between leading and other partner shall be required.
