Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 300000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 300000 ~ 900000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. A satisfactory completion Certificate of Any type of Transmission Line Maintenance/ RoW Cleaning/ Tree Trimming experience in Transmission Line works of at least Tk.2,50,000 under 02 nos of contract over a period of last 03 years shall be required from any Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organization.
2. A Programme & Work Schedule must be submitted for this Works within 07 days through Engineer-Incharge to PE after signing of the Contract.
3. Every time as per work schedule, after execution of work, Measurement Certificate should be prepared & Signed by Engineer-Incharge & Contractor.
4. Up-to-Date Trade License, ABC License(Eletrical Contractor License), Income Tax Certificate, VAT, TIN certificate.
5. Tender security payment must be submitted from the registered bank with e-GP system in favor of the “POWER GRID COMPANY OF BANGLADESH LTD.”
6. After Accepting NOA, Performance Security payment must be submitted from the registered bank with e-GP system in favor of the “POWER GRID COMPANY OF BANGLADESH LTD.”
