Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have an updated Trade License; Tax Identification Number (TIN), updated Tax paying certificate, and VAT registration certificate;
2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience in the design, printing, and supply of reports, books, bulletins, and magazines;
3. The minimum specific experience as a supplier for design, printing, and supply of reports, books, bulletins, and magazines at least one (1) contract completed within the last 3 (three) years with a value of Tk. 3,25,000.00 (Three Lakh Twenty Five ThousandTaka only);
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be BDT Tk. 5,30,000.00 (Five Lakh Thirty Thousand Taka only);
5. Tenderer shall have printing press;
6. Any other document as specified in the TDS.
