Brief Description of Package: Special Instruction:
1) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.
2) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
3) Continuation of work could not be hampered by the bidder showing the cause of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2008.
4) If the Tenderer(s) submit(s) any false/incorrect or forged certificate, the tender will be outright rejected and action as per PPR-2008 will be initiated.
5) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
6) VAT/income Taxes shall be implied as per latest circular of NBR.
7) Latest circular of CPTU, MoWR and CPC of BWDB shall be implied.
8) Hiding ongoing work/ current commitment information purposefully may affect qualification (might lead to non-responsive)
9) Tenderer should quote the price of the each items after visiting field condition.
