* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. All the tenderers must be registered with the e-GP portal through CPTU.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
3. The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of similar goods of at least one contract completed within the
last five years, each with a value of at least TK 21.00 (Taka Twenty One) Lakh (counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e -GP
System).
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 16.00 Lakh ( Taka Sixteen Lakh Only) .
4. All the tenderers must fulfill the other qualification criteria stated in TDS.
5. Procurement of the packages may be dropped, decreased,d or increased as per budget allocation, for which no claim shall
be entertained.
6. Notification of Award (NOA) and Work Order will be issued after getting approval of budget provision from competent authority
and payment will be made subject to fund available for which no claim will be entertained by the contractor.
7. Tender Security is Payable in the form of a Demand draft or pay order in favor of the Deputy Director, Dhaka Regional Accounting
Centre (Dhaka RAC), BWDB, Dhaka, or irrevocable Bank Guarantee in favor of the Project Director, IMIP, MIP, BWDB, Dhaka from any scheduled
