Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 866666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 866666 ~ 2600000.
Eligibility criteria:
i) Business experience in electrical work should be at least 5(five) years and satisfactorily completed at least 01 (One) electrical work not less than Tk.10.00 (Ten) lac in a single contract in any government/semi-government/autonomous organization/reputed company of Bangladesh during the last 5(five) years. The tenderers shall have to furnish certificates in this respect obtained from the proper authority.
ii) Minimum average turnover (electrical work) in the last 05 (five) years preceding shall not be less than taka 20.00 (Twenty) lac.
iii) Minimum liquid assets/credit facilities shall be taka 10.00 (ten) lac. In case of credit facilities bank shall ensure that the above-mentioned credit limits will be given if the said work is awarded to the contractor.
iv) Tenderers shall have to fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet & also other terms and conditions of the tender documents.
v) Having valid upto date trade license, upto date ABC license, upto date income tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate
vi) Upto date bank solvency.
