Tender Document Price: Tk. 4000; Tender Security: 1500000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 50000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 150000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 50000000 ~ 150000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience.
And the satisfactory completion of similar works of minimum Tk= 400.00 lac under a single contract within the last 05 (Five) years under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Organizations other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. =800.00 Lac over the last five years.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =450.00 Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (Form attached with the tender document), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
4) The minimum amount of tender capacity shall be TK.=400.00 Lac.
5) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, and Valid VAT registration Certificate.
6) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS and PCC of this tender.
** Final payment shall be made according to clause 2.8 (Improvement to Site) of Book of Specification and Code of Practice which specifies "Final payment shall be made after 12 (twelve) months from the date of completion of work. The contructor shall supply additional earth at his own cost, if required, to bring the site to proposed level."
