Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must submit a Dealership Certificate or Supplier’s Authorization Certificate for supply/renew of Software.
2. The Tenderer must submit the copy of Updated Trade License (upto June 2024), VAT Registration (BIN) Certificate, Updated Income Tax Return Submission Certificate (2023-2024).
3. The Tenderer must submit Bank Solvency Certificate worth taka 4,50,000.00(Four Lakh Fifty Thousand).
4. The Tenderer must have minimum 2 (two) years experience of supplying similar goods worth taka 4,50,000.00 (Four Lakh Fifty Thousand).
5. The total number of each Item may be increased/decreased by the approval of HOPE.
6. The Tenderer must submit a pay order of taka 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand) as tender security.
