Eligibility criteria:
Please note the following :
1. This tender has been invited with the proviso of cancellation of the contract with previous contractor ( previous tender ID -421058) for which the cancellation process is under approval process. If in any cases its not been approved or any other reasons this invitation of tendere can be cancelled by procuring entity .
2. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all Tenders/Proposals.
3. The tender who have a proven performance of similar nature works and who is willing to execute the remaining works of Primary Drain with very strict schedule and work plan are encouraged to participate.
4. Quoted rate must be substantiated with the prevailing market price.
5. In case of Line of Credit Certificate as a Liquid Asset certificate.
a) The certificate must be substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7, attached in Particular Specifications section of this e Tender documents), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders.
b) The tenderer must have available Credit Limit sanction (approved) by competent authority of any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
