Brief Description of Package: Supply of spare for WTP, CCCW & Water Intake System.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a)Tenderer shall have valid and updated trade license, TIN certificate, VAT certificate and updated Income Tax Certificate/Tax Receipt & National ID Card (of authorized signatory)
(b) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services which shall be supported by End User Certificate in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser dully signed and sealed with contact details mentioning Contract Value, Type of Supply, Date of Supply [Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System].
(c) The satisfactory completion of supply of Mechanical goods or spare parts in Govt/Semi-govt/Autonomous organization/Power Plant of minimum 20 (Twenty) Lakh under a maximum of 03 (Three) contracts within the last 02 (Two) years & amounting less than BDT 7 (Seven) Lakh under a single contract shall not be considered and which shall be supported by End User Certificate in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser dully signed and sealed with contact details mentioning Contract Value, Type of Supply, Date of Supply .Notification of Award (NOA) or Work/Purchase Order (WO/PO) will not be accepted.
(d) The Tenderer shall have minimum BDT 20 (Twenty) Lakh amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document e-PG3 Submission of the credit facility in any other format may be ground for rejection of the Tender. Apart from credit facility, other financial document proving liquid asset shall include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID. Supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender will only be accepted
