* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 633333 ~ 1900000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Five (5) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least Three (3) contracts successfully completed within the last Four (4) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Six Lac (6 Lac) only.
3. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Not Applicable
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) submitted prescribed format (PG2-5) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Six Lac Fifty Thousand (6.5 Lac) only.
5. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Bidder Updated VAT & BIN Certificate.
ii) Bidder TIN and last income tax Certificate of the last assessment year.
iii) Up to date Bank Solvency Certificate.
iv) Authorization Letter for Tender Submission and signed by the bidder’s authority.
v) Technical Specifications in section 6 of the bid document shall be properly filled up by the bidder’s official pad with seal and signature.
vi) In Technical Specification area no comply or any others ambiguity terms are not allowed.
vii) General and specific experience related documents.
viii) Bidder Updated VAT & BIN Certificate.
ix) Joint venture is not allowed.
