Eligibility criteria:
All the egp enlisted contractor satisfying the criteria mentioned in e-PW3 document attached herewith as per PPA-2006 and latest PPR-2008. The following conditions are applicable:
1. Payment of work will be made on the availability of budget & fund.
2. No Extra claim will be entertained.
3. Quantity of work may increase or decrease.
4. After completion of the whole work final Measurement will be Taken. The final bill will be paid based on the final measurement.
5. Contract will be terminated if contractor's personnel is involved in any kind of unauthorized/illegal financial transaction from the locals during work
