Brief Description of Package: Emergency Repair & Renovation of X-Ray room ( radiation protection door,sink,power socket outlet) and SFF of RO Water Filtration units in Saltha UzHc under Faridpur district.
Eligibility criteria:
a)To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlistment category contractor of Health Engineering Department (HED) under Faridpur Division only who are registered in the National e-GP System portal and (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.
b) This is an online tender where only e-Tender will be acceptable in the National e- GP System portal and No offline/ hard copy will be accepted.
c) Up to date HED License, Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate must be submitted with the Tender.
d) Submission, Opening and Evaluation of the Quotations shall respectively be deal with pursuant to Rule of the PPA- 2006 and PPR -2008.
e) Pursuant to Rule 69 (5) of the PPR 2008 the Quotation for low value simple Works shall be on the basis of ‘Unit-Rate’ depending on the level of estimating the quantity of works.
f) All required documents must be submitted & signed by the Tenderer. If not, it will be treated as Non-Responsive.Tender will treated as informal/Non-responsive if the total quoted price is more than 5% above or below the official cost estimate. If all the participating tenderers quote the same rate in a package or in all packages, then the successful tenderer(s) will be selected through marking/numbering by performance, but no one in the same license will be awarded more than two packages/works in spite of being successful in several.
g) Notification of Award (NOA) will be issued to the successful Tenderer after recommendation of the evaluation committee & obtaining approval from AO.Submission, Opening, Evaluation, Same quoted lowest total amount for a package and all such others, shall respectively be dealt with pursuant to Rule SRO 21 of the PPR 2008.
h) All Other remaining CPTU guidelines/T&C and PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 Rules will remain applicable.
