Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 250000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 750000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 250000 ~ 750000.

Eligibility criteria:
All e-Gp Registered tenderer in Bangladesh & who fulfill the Qualification Criteria as below :
(1) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 2.40 Lac under 01 (One) contract a period of 03 years within any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organisation shall be required. Similar work experience must be supported by work completion certificate. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
(2) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.40 Lac [In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 28 days before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, as per standard tender document the certificate issued by the bank referencing to this package number, tender ID and reference number should be considered for evaluation.]
(3) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 6.00 Lac over the last 03 years.
(4) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.

(5) The tenderer should fulfill the other requirements described in the Tender Document (i.e. stated in Tender Data Sheet, Particular Conditions of Contract) .
In case of shortage of any requirement, the tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.
