Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supply works as Prime Contractor shall be 3 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with the tender.
3. The invitation of Tender is open for any manufacturer/authorized dealer/authorized Supply Work in any govt./semi. govt/ Privat/Autonomous body.
4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Supply works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity, and technology successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk- 46,50,000.00 BDT
5. The required average annual turnover i.e. total certified work done certificate from public institutes received for contracts in the progress of completion from a respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk-93,00,000.00 BDT over the last 5 years.
6. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 13,95,000.00 BDT
7. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Up to date Trade License.
ii) Up to date VAT Registration.
iii) Up to date TIN Number.
iv) Nationality Certificate.
v) Business Address.
