Brief Description of Package: (E)All the prices quoted by the tenderer is Inclusive of VAT and the successful supplier must submit VAT Chalan during delivery.
Eligibility criteria:
This tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed combined contractors who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience
in Supplying of Goods like different utensils, crockeries, mosque carpet, fabric and others
necessary items.
(B) Having specific experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one)
number of similar nature of supply goods of minimum Tk. 8.0 lac in a single tender
submitted by tenderer in Bangladesh of Govt./semi govt./autonomous bodies/organization
during last 5 (Five) years.
(C)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the
tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s)
substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh only in the format as specified by
CPTU (Form epg-2), without alteration.
(D) Scanned colored copy of original Up-to date Trade License, BIN,
Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate from Government of
the people's republic of Bangladesh.

(E)All the prices quoted by the tenderer is Inclusive of VAT and the successful supplier must submit VAT Chalan during delivery.

(F) All other conditions as mentioned in GCC,TDS & PCC of tender documents must be fulfilled.
Duplicate/false papers will make the contractor ineligible.
