Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
i) The tenderer must possess experience in supplying goods of the similar nature, with a minimum value of Tk.6.00(six) lac in a single work order, within the last 3 years. the count of years will be calculated backward from the date of publication of the Tender notice.
ii) Enlistment as 1st class Contractor/Supplier in any govt/semi govt./autonomous organization (Up-to date)
iii) The required average annual work turnover, calculated as the total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed from the respective procuring entity, should be at least Tk.6.00(six) lac over the last 3 years.
iv) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall not be less than Tk.6.00(six) lac Certificate must be within 30 days up to the date of receiving the tender and supporting bank statement (original copy) to be submitted along with the tender.
v) The tenderer must provide at least one satisfactory completion certificate for supplying related products from any Government /Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies within the last 3 years.
vi) The supplier should possess an updated Trade License, VAT Certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate, etc. Failure to provide these documents will result in the tenderer being considered non-responsive.
vii) Brochure of Supply Items including Country of Origin, manufactured and assembled, Specific Brand and Model.
viii) Tender Security & Performance Security shall be pay order/Bank draft in favour of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation only.
ix) N:B. Others terms & condition are specified in TDS & PCC.
