Eligibility criteria:
1. Minimum of 10 (Ten) years’ experience of providing similar services in the public sector.
2. Tenderer must propose a solution along with network diagram and it will be a full-proof solution without compromising the performance.
3. Tenderer must ensure 24x7x365 support for instant trouble shooting for 1 years/ Warranty Period.
4. Tenderer should have experience to work LAN in 1400000 (Fourteen lac) bdt within Last 3 years.
5. Tenderer must have ISO 9001:2015
6. Tenderer must have IPTSP license
7. Tenderer must have minimum 3 CCNP certified engineers.
8. Tenderer must have WLAN work experience for minimum 20 Computers in a single contract.
9. Tenderer must provide Three (1) shift (office time ) Manpower for managed service within warranty period
