Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall be submitted the following document:
1.Up-to-date Trade License.
2. Valid VAT Registration Certificate with BIN.
3. Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate with TIN.
 
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is BDT 4,50,000.00(Four Lakh Fifty Thousand Taka Only).
5. The Tenderer shall have experience to supply similar goods of minimum value BDT 4,50,000.00(Four Lakh Fifty Thousand Taka Only) in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organisation within last 5(Five) Years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
