Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenders who are enlisted with e-GP system portal, can submit the tender through online.
The Tenders shall have
1. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Supply work having minimum value of Tk. 15.00 Lac (Fifteen lac) only successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 30.00 Lac (Thirty lac) over the last 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 30.00 Lac (Thirty lac) only.
4. Quoted rate of the tenderer must be compatible to the present market price. Otherwise, the tenderer will be considered as ineligible.
