Eligibility criteria:
1) First class contractor or contractor with ABC license.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 2 years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. Civil construction or maintenance work order value of minimum BDT 2 (two) lac under maximum 1 (one) contracts over a period of last 3 (three) years
4) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 3 (three) lac in the last 3 (three) years.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 3 (three) lac.
6) The work shall have to be completed by 60 days.
