Eligibility criteria:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 6 (Six) lakhs under 01 (One) number of contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper shall be required.
2. Experience in Construction /Re-construction/Re-building/ Renovation/ Rehabilitation/Fabrication/Repair works featuring with Civil structures under any Government/ Autonomous / Semi-autonomous/ Directorate/ Corporate organization successfully completed in a single contract will be treated as experience in similar works.
3. Required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 5,50,000.00 (Five Lakh Fifty Thousand) over the best 03 (Three) years of the last 05 (Five) years.
4. Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5 (Five) Lakh shall be submitted as per standard document prescribed form Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3).
