Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction/Supply works as Prime Contractor shall be minimum Five (5) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in ICT Supply and Networking related works of at least one (1) contract(s) successfully completed within the last Five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 550 lakh years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 400 lakh over the last three (3) years or best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 200 lakh on a date after the Publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. Updated TAX, TIN, BIN certificates, ABC license and ISO certificate.
