Eligibility criteria:
Must have Valid work license as a civil construction contractor at any Government, Semi government or Autonomous organizations.
The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last five (5) years with a value of at least Tk. 37 (Thirty Seven) lakh. of any Government, Semi government or Autonomous organizations.
The required annual construction turnover is average of the best three (3) years among the last five (5) years with a value of Tk. 41 (Forty One ) lakh.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 34 (Thirty Four) lakh
The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 43 (Forty Three ) lakh.
