* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Five (5) years.
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least Three (3) contracts successfully completed within the last Two (2) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Fifteen Lac (15 Lac) only under any govt. department/Ministry in Bangladesh.
The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Not Applicable
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Fifteen Lac (15 Lac) only.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
Bidder Updated trade license.
Bidder Updated VAT & BIN Certificate.
Bidder TIN and last income tax Certificate of the last assessment year.
Up to date Bank Solvency Certificate.
Authorization Letter for Tender Submission and signed by the bidder’s authority.
Technical Specifications in section 6 of the bid document shall be properly filled up by the bidder’s official pad with seal and signature.
In Technical Specification area no comply or any others ambiguity terms are not allowed.

Up to date ISO-9001:2015 certificate.
Up to date CMMI Maturity Level 3 Certificate.
Up to date IEC 27001: 2013 Certificate.
Up to date BASIS Membership Certificate.
