* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, Nilphamari without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender.
2. Tenderers must have similar nature of experience of Furniture supply (i.e. High Bench, Low Bench, Wooden Chair, Wooden Table etc. made of Chapalish/Mehogoni/Kathal wood and MS angle) only in Educational Institutions of tk 5.75 lac (Five Lac Seventy Five Thousand Taka Only) with in last 5 (Five) years (Backward years Counting from the IFT date).
3. The tenderer who will win one Tender in this e-Tender Notice will not be eligible for other Tender.
4. Those whose tender price will be more then 5% less; must submit analysis rate. (Analysis format as per TDS)
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. [7.00 lac] (Seven Lac Taka Only)
6. Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
a. Updated EED License
b. Updated date income tax clearance,
c. Valid VAT Registration,
d. Up to trade license certificate,
e. National ID
7. Minimum Performance Security will be 5% to 25% of the total contract price as per PPR 2008 rule 27(2).
8. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
9.Tenderar Must be Submited Tender Submission Letter owner Firm Pad (Mention Tender ID & Works Name)
10. Other eligibility remain as per TDS.
