* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1000000 ~ 3000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction Works/Supply of Goods.
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number similar nature of supply of Goods in Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk 7.00 Lac (Seven Lac) only in a single Contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk 7.00 Lac (Seven Lac). Document (Original copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form PG2-5). Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.
d)Sample must be approved by Procuring entity before delivery of goods. If price quotation is inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer. N.B. PE reserves the right to cancel the tender any time without any reason.
