Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 26500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8833333 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP System, who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
It should be noted that -
1. Each document as stated under ITT Clause 14 (Contents of Tender) should be the scanned copy of the Original Document.
2. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system - TDMS.
3. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list, etc.) of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
4. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
5. A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
6. The work should be performed as per specifications stated in “Standard Tender Documents, Section-7 : General Specifications (Technical specifications), June 2016 (3rd Edition)"
