Brief Description of Package:
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least One (01) contract(s) (single structure) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 lacs (Only completion certificate will be taken into account )[ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 13.00 lac ( 13.00 x 5 = 65 lac) over the last Five (05) years. Only completion certificate will be taken into account PAYMENT Certificate will not be accepted.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets of Tk 7.00 lacs. In case of working capital a) For Bank balance i) supported by a balance sheet regarding balance in any day b) For credit Facilities i) Enclosed a credit sanctioned letter regarding Credit Number and Credit balance c) For Credit line/ Credit commitment i) Credit line/ commitment will be unconditional. The Liquid Assets must be within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender.
