Brief Description of Package: The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least One (01) contract(s) (single structure) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, with a value of at least Tk. 9.00 lacs (Only completion certificate will be taken into account )[ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]

The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10.00 lac ( 10.00 x 5 = 50 lac) over the last Five (05) years. The Liquid Assets must be within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender.
