* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 46666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 140000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 46666666 ~ 140000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer have to have-
(A)The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 5(Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 360.00 Lakh (Taka Three Hundred and Sixty Lakh); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(C) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 690.00 Lakh (Taka Six Hundred and Ninety lakh) in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment Certificates for Construction Works in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last Five years must be submitted along with tender; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 300.00 Lakh (Taka Three Hundred Lakh). In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk. 410.00 Lakh (Taka Four Hundred and Ten Lakh).
(F) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, and VAT Registration Certificate.
(G) Up-to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(H) All Other Conditions as mentioned in TDS and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled.
