Eligibility criteria:
1. All Tenderers must be registered in e-GP system portal and ful fill the criteria in respect of legal, technical & financial as describe in the TDS (Tender Data Sheet) of the Tender document.
2. Must Submit Similar nature of work certificate, TIN, VAT, Trade License,Up-to-date PWD Enlistment, Liquid Assets Certificate, Turn Over & Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. Etc.
3. If the total quoted price by the tenderer becomes more than 10% (ten percent) less or above than the official Cost Estimate, the tender shall be rejected.
4. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
