Brief Description of Package: 1. Supply of 4" dia PE Canvas Irrigation Hose Pipe (Each role 25 Meter) 152000 M.
2. Supply of 4" dia uPVC Cuplier (For Jointing with Nipol of Double-Faced Ms Riser Valve).
3. Supply of 4.5"dia SS Clamp (For Jointing with Nipol of Double-Faced Ms Raiser valve).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 33333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 100000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 33333333 ~ 100000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Bidder shall have 5 years general experience of supply of goods and related services.
2. Bidder should have satisfactory completion of similar works and specific experience of the supply of 4" dia PE canvass Irrigation hose pipe, 4" dia Couplier & 4.5" dia SS clamp with value of 3.4 Crore in one contract/work within last 5 Years in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization in Bangladesh.
3. Certificate/Document submitted with the tender shall be signed by the officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer in Government/Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
4. Bidder shall be Authorized Representative/agent of a foreign Manufacturer.
5. The Tenderer/Suppliers shall have work experience of supply of similar goods should have Exclusive Agent agreement/Authorization with manufacturer.
6.Tenderer must have updated trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate and Vat Registration Certificate.
7. Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i.e. 1m Hose pipe(Fita pipe), 1No. uPVC couplier and 2 nos. SS clamp) in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of deposition of the samples shall have to attached with the Tender document.
