* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit  tenders providing their folowing document
 1. Tenderer must submit up to date Trade License.
 2. Tenderer must submit up to date VAT and Income Tax Certificate(with TIN).
 3. Tenderer must submit a bank solvency certificate .
 4. Nationality Certificate.
 6. Authorization letter
 7.Tenderers shal also have to fulfil the requirements of TDS & PCC.
 8.The Tender ID and the name of work must be mentioned in Authorized letter.
 9.PE may cancel the contract at any time within the contract period with prior notice
 10.The experience certificate of successfuly completed similar assignments issued by the
 officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.
 11.The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/al tender(s) without showing any reason.
