* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 48333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 145000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 48333333 ~ 145000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience of tendering against construction works as contractor.
Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of building work/Minimum Specific experience of Similar Nature work of Tk. 312.50 lac in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During last 05 (five) years. Should have experience in successful completion of multistoried building construction.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1800.0 lac over the last 5 years.
The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 300.00 Lac (This must be given by the proper format)
Minimum Tender Capacity should be Tk. 400.00 lac
The tenderer must submit Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
Up-to date ABC category contractor and supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
Tenderers may participate in the Tender as JVCA. Maximum number of partners in the JV shall not be more than 2 (two).
The Provisions laid down in the “PPA & PPR-2008 including latest all amendment” and STD will be Followed.
