Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer as prime contractor,Sub contractor or Management contractor in construction works shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number Building construction work including civil, sanitary, electrical works worth not less than Tk.300.00 (Three Hundred) lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi- Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk.600.00(Six Hundred) lakh only within the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4.The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e.working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the original form of PW3-7 ) of Tk.150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty) Lakh only.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk.350.00 (Three Hundred and Fifty) Lakh only.To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must submit list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as e-PW3-5(B) format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within last 5 (Five) years from tender publication date.
6. Up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC/BC and supervisory licenses.
7.All other documents must be fullfilled which is included in section-2 and section-4
