Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all e-GP system registered eligible Tenderers as mentioned below ;
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in the successful completion of at least 1 (One) number RCC building construction work of Tk.3.75 (Three point seven five) Lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 5 (Five) years.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during the last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 3.25(Three point two five) Lac. Only Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector are to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 2.25 (Two point two five) Lac in the prescribed form (PW2A).
e) Tenderer, who failed to start the work in any project of Health Engineering Department (HED), Moulvibazar Division, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare without any reasonable cause can’t take part in this e-Tender notice.
f). Tenderer who doesn’t completed repair works & re-construction of Community clinic upto FY 2022-2023 will not eligible for this tender process.
g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected
