Brief Description of Package: Supply and Installation of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Plotter and Related Computer Accessories for different Officials of Public Works Department.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1900000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1900000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(a) General experience: Reputed contractors/Bona fide firms who have a minimum of 03 (Five) years of general experience.
(b) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completing of similar nature works amounting minimum Taka 13.00 lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ in a single tender during the last 05 (Five) years
The above experiences/work certificate for successful completion of similar nature works shall have to be issued by:
(i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/ Other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done.
(c) Average annual construction turnover during the last five years in Taka 13.00 lac.
(d)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 13.00 lac. [Only Letter of Credit Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)] issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender is allowed]. Submission of a Tender Bank Solvency Certificate or Bank Statement Will not be entertained.
(e) Updated Trade license, Income Tax clearance Certificate from NBR, and VAT Registration Certificate.
(f) Updated ABC Category Electric Contractor License and Electric Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(g) All Other qualifications, Terms, and conditions described in Tender documents and Tender Data sheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender.
