* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
1. Reputed Government approved Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Construction work of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies.
2. Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature or Civil works worth not less than of Tk. 25 Lakh (Twenty Five) in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five Lakh) over the last 5 (five) years.
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit facilities/creditline of the tenderer shall be TK. 30.00 Lakh (Thirty) only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW2a-3 (Line of Credit) only.
5. Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
6. All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
