Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 26000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers:
a) Reputed firm/organization/authorized agent who has a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience in the successful completion of at least 1(one) number of building construction work of TK 65 Lakhs (Sixty Five Lakhs) in a single tender in the Government /Semi- Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 5 (five) years. In case of the work done except PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 5 (five) years of Tk. 150 Lakhs (One Hundred fifty Lakhs).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Tk.70.00 Lakhs (Seventy Lakhs). The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and be issued in favor of related works. Liquid assets must be substantiated by a letter of commitment ofbank undertaking for a line of credit.
e) Tender capacity of Tk.70.00 Lakhs (seventy Lakhs) only.
f) A Tender security will be required in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Superintending Engineer, Savar PWD Circle, Dhaka. The
Tenderer must process: Up to date valid Trade license, ABC license, BIN certificate from NBR & Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR.
g) The tenderer must Submit the Letter of Acceptance of the WB’s Anticorruption Guidelines and Sanctions Framework (see section 8: Particular Specifications) and agree
with the ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT & MITIGATION MEASURES OF COVID-19 AF PROJECT (see section 8: Particular Specifications).otherwise, the
