Eligibility criteria:
1) Contractors/Supplier who have minimum of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related servicess as Supplied shall be 3(Three) years.
2) Enlistment as 1st class Contractor/Supplier in any govt/semi govt./autonomous organization (Up-to date)
3) ABC Electric Contractor, supervisor lincence.
4) The minimum specific experience as Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of similar Nature at least 01(One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03(three) years, each with a value of at least Tk.175.00[One hundred Seventy five] lac only shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate at Government/semi Government/Autonomous organization Bodies.
5) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods (of type supply of related Goods amount Tk.175.00[One hundred Seventy five] lac per year.
6) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.175.00[One hundred Seventy five] lac only Certificate must be within 30 days upto the date of receiving the tender and supporting bank statement (original copy) to be submitted along with the tender.
7) Tenderer should submit up to date Online VAT registration, up to date TIN certificate, up to date Trade Licesen
8) Tender Security & Performance Security shall be Pay order/Bank draft/Bank Guarantee in favour of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation only.
9) Brochure of Supply Items including Country of Origin, manufactured and assembled, Specific Brand and Model.
10) Manufacturer/Distributor/local Agent Authorization Letter must be submitted.
11) N:B. Others terms and condition are specified in TDS & PCC.
