Eligibility criteria:
1. All Bangladeshi Tenderer having following qualification are elegible to participate this tender:
i. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the line Construction/Underground cable laying/ Sub-Marine Cable Laying works as prime contractor shall be 05 years.
ii.Tenderer shall have the Specific Experience of satisfactory completion of 11 kv or higher voltage level underground cable, installation, laying, Testing & Commissioning works through HDD Boring for Road/Rail/River Crossing of at least Tk. 40 Lac under One contract within last 05 years.
iii. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 01 (one) crore over the best three years in the last 5 years.
v. The minimmum Tender capacity shall be BDT 43 (Forty Three) Lac
iv. The tendere shoul have their own HDD Machine or HDD Mechine leasing/rental/hire facility.
2. Others Eligibility criteria has been mentioned in Tender Document.
3. All necessary documents shall be submitted with tender proposal in support of all Experience/ Eligibility of the tenderer
