* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 433333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 433333 ~ 1300000.

Eligibility criteria:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following Qualifications/capacities.
a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum five (5) year of general experience.
b) Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of supplying of goods/similar nature works of Tk. 3.00 Lac in a single contract in Government Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department, in case of semi- government & autonomous body, the work certificate must be vetted by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.
c) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.4.00 Lac. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per form (PG2-5) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tenderer non-responsive.
d) The tenderer must possess following documents -
i) Up-to-date TIN certificate.
ii) BIN/ VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to date trade license.
e) Sample must be approved by Procuring entity before delivery of goods. If price quotation is inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer. N.B. PE reserves the right to cancel the tender any time without any reason.
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents,Authority preserve all rights to accept or reject all tender without any cause..
