Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 23000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. All Tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified.
2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements.
a) A minimum general Construction Works of Vertical extension of Building Works experience of 5 years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction Works of Vertical extension of Building in/c Sanitary & Electrification at least 01(One) contract with a value of at least Taka 70,00,000.00 including the item of DBS Wearing/base Course, Aggregate Base type - I, Construction Works of Semi Pucca Building/Building, Earth Work, Culvert work successfully completed in a single contract within the last 03(Three) years.
c) The Annual Average Construction Works of Semi Pucca Building/Building of building Works in/c Sanitary & Electrification Turnover shall be of Taka 3.5 crore (3.5 crore over) last 5 years.
d) A Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 80,00,000.00 is required.
e) Requirements for Lead Partner of JVCA shall be (a) At least one Contract having 100% of the required value (b) Requirements for other Partner(s) of JVCA shall be At least one Contract.
f) All other criteria stated in the TDS.
3. All Tenderers should submit the full name of their firm.
4. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5. A tender rate does not exceed a maximum of 10% less or 10% above.
6. Minimum Capacity will be Taka 70,00,000.00.
7. A tenderer must submit the VAT, IT, Trade License, NID, Bank Solvency, etc papers along with the tender documents.
8. Tender opening, processing, evaluation, issue of NOA, issue of work order, cancellation, and all other works rights reserved by the University Authority.
9. The original proprietor(1st Party) must execute this Construction work.
