4. 8" uPVC Robo Filter BS-3505:1968 Class-C (Outer diameter 218.80-219.4 mm, wall thickness7.80 mm)
5. 8" uPVC Blind pipe BS-3505:1968 Class-C (Outer diameter 218.80-219.4 mm, wall thickness7.80 mm)
6. uPVC Reducer (355mmx218.80 mm, wall thickness 13.60 mm) Length of each Reducer will be 915mm

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 50000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 150000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The tenderer shall be a manufacturer having 03 (three) years of overall production
experience & 01 (one) year supply experience of 355mm outer diameter uPVC housing
pipe ,200mm Robo Filter & relevant fittings for installing deep tube well at BMDA/BADC or other
irrigation service providing govt./ semi-govt./ autonomous organization in the last 5
(five) years {years counting from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper}.
Experience certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an executive engineer.
2) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk.6,50,00,000.00 under maximum
Two contracts in the last 03 of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP
System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Same Goods of at least Two contract(s)
successfully completed within the last 03 years, Total value of at least Tk. 4,75,00,000.00.
3) The tenderer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or
updated) certificate.
4) The tenderer shall have:
i) Updated trade license.
ii) Updated certificate of income tax clearance.
iii) Update Environment Cirtificate From DOE
iv) Update Industrial Licence & fire Licence
v) TIN Certificate
vi) VAT Registration certificate.
vii) Financial solvency certificate.
5) Tenderer shall submit sample of each item with drawing & factory test report as per
BOQ of the tender document at BMDA, Rajshahi Regional Store before submission of
tender. Receipt of sample submission and factory test report must attach with the tender
