Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 600000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 600000 ~ 1800000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.The tenderer shall have a minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in supplying similar goods and related services.
2.The minimum specific experience as supplier/Tenderer in supply of similar goods and related services in Govt./semi-Govt./autonomous bodies/Bank/Financial Institutions must be at least 01 (One) contract each valuing not less than Tk.4.50 Lakh in a single work order successfully completed (must submit work completion certificates) within last 05 (five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) (form PG3-8),of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk.6 Lakh issued within tender publication date to tender closing date (document/certificate must be submitted as per e-GP guideline).
4.Up-to- date trade license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT registration certificate to be submitted.
5.Certificate of Incorporation (If Applicable)..
6.Affidavit of legal capacity by the authorized person of the tenderer (If Applicable).
7.Other terms and conditions in the tender datasheet (TDS) of the tender document will be applicable.
