Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 63000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 189000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 63000000 ~ 189000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (five) Years. ( Must Submit the successfully completed Work Certificate with Work Order)
The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk.460.00 Lac in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (Must Submit successfully completed Work Certificate with Work Order and NOA) within last 05 (five) Years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper ).
The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 475.00 Lac over the last 05 (five) Years. Only Payment Certificate will be Accepted. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper ).
Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset i.e working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 140.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of e-PW3 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.
Income tax clearance certificate (Up to Date) & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License (Up to Date)
Up to date ABC License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB with all on going work order copy
Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS & winner tenderer should provide the tender security and performance guarantee from the same bank.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
